  I was a sick, sad, miserable, and overweight. It was like an endless cycle. I was miserable and knew part of why i stayed sick because I wasn't exercising or eating correctly. So I decided yoga would be kindest to my out of shape body. I set realistic goals and every time I would think about yoga if I was where I could strike a pose, lol. I started to wake up earlier. My head wasn't hurting. I didn't look like a cartoon Grannie walking into the kitche. Besides losing 25 lbs. without trying Yoga works and if you are stressed it's a great way to unwind. It's hard to worry about the bills when you're attempting Standing Tree Pose.
