No. Parents and dog owners should be better trained. Also the most recent dog related death in the news was a 62 year old man!

Voted no they should not, although dogs and very young kids are often not a good combination, this sort of law would be difficult to enforce.

Seem to be a lot of parents in the news lately who are also hurting and/or killing their children, so do we ban all parents too? I think more should be done about birth control education and, possibly, housing stock before we start these sorts of knee jerk bans. Thank you for bringing another news story to our attention. :-)

No they should not, the the dogs behavior is down to the owner and as it usually happens to late then all present and future dog owners should apply for a licence and go through a capability test before they are allowed to own a dog.You’re almost there
