My sister used to roll about on the floor to make it move. Not funny really but it can make for a good laughter session with the family. I find that water, chamomile tea or fennel tea helps.

In hospital they give you a few drops of Peppermint, you can get it from your Pharmacist. Good Luck.

Hi there melody you need to drink plenty of water and this should flush it out of your system, it would also help to suck some pepermints or some sort of indigestion tablets which you can buy from any chemists shop. hope this helps Take Care cynth xx
