I'm trying to gain weight. Especially in the neck, chest, and wrist area. Any tips?

Why would you ever want to gain weight? When I was 118 I would have love it if I had stayed there. Once you start gaining weight you might just keep on gaining and then what will you do. Just be careful and take care.

You need to consult with a trainer or at least go pick up a book at the library about weight training or weight gain, at the first least you can Google the subject.

You will have to ask football players. They seem to gain so much weight in the neck that they seem to lose their necks entirely.

You can eat a lot of sugar products and do very little or no form of exercising at all to maybe gain, this is the most unusual question I have heard to gain.

Just add more calories to your diet. Try drinking milk before you go to sleep. Eat a lot of ice cream. Relax more, stress will keep you from gaining any weight. I've done them all.

You could try adding protein shakes to your diet, they are full of calories.

Eat a steak, as there is no picture of you at 118 and I guess 5'4 you might want some iron and proteins
