You wasn't alone,- it was happened to me many times with many surveys in the past,- but now, -the last two - three months - was become a ridiculous numbers - to annoyed me to the points,- that I walked away from the computer to catch some relax and many times I just call quit for the day.
Now, I need 10 thousand more points to makes - to be able withdraw my 20$. I think, that before the Toluna's web changes occurred, - I will not find that amount of available surveys that will match my profile,
so I could hit my 65.000 points - to withdraw money from it.
I have also one pending survey. - It is pending and pending and pending - for over month and half for 18.000 points, -that wasn't "closed", by the company - "yet"- to be able collecting points from it.
I am afraid - with this Toluna changes - I will loosed all.
IT IS ALL SO FRUSTRATING.!!!

i filled an entire survey to the "submit" page (a long one too like 40 min) and it crashed and I never got the points for it...and that was NOT an isolated incident. I feel so helpless when it happens, that's the worst part...you're just left sitting there looking at the screen like "wha-?"

The survey companies are paying less and less all the time. It is annoying to get paid so little for your time, but even worse to finish a survey and then be told that you don't qualify for the survey.
