Face masks
Closed

With face mask freedom now a debatable topic are you going to carry on or stop wearing yours when you go out? I'm so used to it being around my neck in order to catch the bus and get shopping I would feel naked if it wasn't in place, like a safety net for others more so than myself.

I always wear one everywhere I go. I don't step out of my house without one and I will continue to wear one..common sense really.

I'll still be wearing mine, not to protect myself but to protect people like my pops who this virus could prove fatal for. It annoys the hell out of me when people kick off about wearing them when its mandatory, it's a face mask! if that's the only thing they have in life to worry about then I envy them! x

If the risk to me or other people is high, for example in a crowded shop or a bus, I will still wear a mask. However, in some circumstances, such as in a building with hardly any people in it, I may decide that a mask is not necessary. I think it's about common sense but lots of people in this country don't seem to have that!

I read that many supermarkets are suggesting that customers make a " considerate choice " Mary . That made me giggle ! ;) Well done for protecting others ;)

And people like myself, who wouldn't survive Covid, are absolutely grateful and thankful that most folk are like you and use their brain to think of others. A mask doesn't actually hurt, I don't comprehend how people can be so militant in opposing them! :0 xxx

Will be wearing on bus and in shops. Triple jabbed friend has had Covid but she’s recovering well. We have to live with it and hope no worse strains develop.

I will continue to wear one when leaving the house and it will be removed when I am back indoors. My Dad is 90 and extremely vulnerable (copd/cancer etc) and I would rather err on the side of caution than unknowingly pass it on to him.
