Due to the sad news of our friend survey12. But I suppose we have to carry on. hopefully he will be back when he feels a bit better and and to move forward.
So my breakfast this moring is poridge I like the taste but I cant stand the texture so I blitz it till it resembles baby food then add double cream and brown sugar on top . it then becomes palatable for me. what do you think

Fruit gets accidentally dropped into porridge to hide the honey that's previously also dropped there accidentally.

delicious but I am sure you know adding the double cream makes it super unhealthy...

I used to eat porridge all the time but I think for me it isn't the best for weight loss. what worked for me was raspberries with yoghurt and toast and exercise daily and the extra weight I had came off

I love porridge! What about using fruit to add sweetness without the sugar? I love berries or banana on mine! Cooking it in semi-skimmed milk but stirring in a spoonful of yoghurt afterwards might help with the creaminess without having to use cream.

I love porridge and have it most mornings for breakfast but NO sweeteners, I just have it with milk.

Instead of cream it would be healthier to add cinnamon or another flavouring of your liking to make it more palatable Rosemary. I have it every morning just plain made with almond milk and it's great !
