What seems a pretty clear agreement has been overlooked , and I can see it making a lot of legal eagles millions of dollars . In her 2009
sexual exploitation and trafficking case against Jeffrey Epstein ,
Virginia Giuffre was paid $500,000 to end her claim against him - with conditions . She agreed not to sue anyone connected to Jeffrey Epstein who could be described as a "potential defendant" , from the beginning of the world". Odd wording , but seemingly above board in America .Yes , that's a smiling Ghislaine Maxwell , on the right !
Apparently , it's all about " Interpretation " ( ? ) . Now , I'm not talking morals , purely law . I fail to see what she can possibly hope to gain .
Maybe I've missed something ? Do you have any ideas ?

VG is opening everything up because times have changed. She had to sign the contract with Epstein coz it was lose-lose situation for her and all the white rich men in power would had bury her alive for telling the truth, especially it coming from a woman. Now she has a chance to get better mentally, and show what was really going on behind closed doors! Clever and gutsy lady getting justice done for all the women in the world...

I think middle aged men who sleep with teenagers are quite revolting but the age of consent is 16 and as she was 17 he didn't break the law in that way. However I think it speaks volumes that he seeks to get off a sex trafficking charge by using a technicality, surely a man who had genuinely never met his accuser would be seeking to clear his name?

Have little interest in the case with it being a civil action . I'd much prefer Andrew and any other remaining protagonists stand trial in a criminal court so the whole matter can be cleared up one way or the other and then laid to rest. If Andrew escapes this case it will only be through a technicality and not due to his "innocence".
A lesser mortal such as you or I Steve would have been extradited to the US and prosecuted alongside the lovely Ghislaine by now !

She agreed not to sue because she was paid not to so she could be forced to pay back $500,000 plus interest for not fulfilling her contract so she may as well get even more money from Andy Windsor. :D
