It is sunny but rather chilly here, not too bad when the wind is not blowing, but very bitter when it does. The cat seems to have adopted her now normal position asleep in her bed, she has been out a couple of times but came back in reasonably quickly. I have had two short walks this morning, just to get my circulation going properly. Now I am going to relax for a while, before I venture out again. I have been checking my circulation, by looking at the capillary refill in my fingers, and the colour of my hands. The colour is a bit red, so there is a good blood flow, and the capillaries refill after I squeeze a fingertip in less than two seconds so that is also good. At the moment the cold is not causing me any issues, but I need to make sure that I maintain a good circulation while it is cold. Luckily so far I have had no ill effects from this cold snap, and I hope it stays that way :-)
