Look after yourself. Vitamins, fruit, veg and staying warm. Lots of drink's and seeing friend's Also helping others really improves your mental and physical health. Allowing yourself time off. Reading, listening to music or watching a video. Going for a walk on your own or with a friend. Cosy evening's in with your partner or friend.
