I haven't watched it yet but I'm going to and I assume it's similar to the programmes I've watched on the hypocrisy of Nestlé, who used the mains water supply in this place in America to fill their 'spring' water bottles, and then sold the water bottles back to the people in this place when their water source dried up as a result of this :-(. Luckily, I very rarely buy bottled drink products as I don't see the point in paying extra when I could just have tap water. Reply

I don't drink the sugary colas, and Aldi's Diet Cola tastes much better than Diet Coke anyway. Diet Pepsi is much better than Diet Coke (IMO) and, like Brucie, if I want to buy a drink when out and about I usually want something that I can take a swig from then close securely. Maybe Coca-Cola (and their competitors) could do more, but they also have to supply what their customers want. No, I didn't watch Panorama. Reply

I agree with you in principle but the problem is that if we stopped buying from companies that didn't do what they stated they would do all the time we probably wouldn't buy from any at all. Reply

I do occasionally drink Coke, but no I didn’t see the programme.
If it’s about packaging I do try not to buy plastic. However if I want a bottle of fizz to take on a journey, for example , I want a screw top. Thus it has to be a plastic bottle over can or glass.
At home I mostly drink tap water.
I wish I saw more glass Coke bottles about. They seem more popular in other countries.

Many of these big companies pretend to be eco-friendly but, in the end, profits are the priority. Amazon is a prime example (pardon the pun). Reply
