Could this have been a favourite fact?

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein's 'monster' was a vegetarian (or vegan) by choice.

In the story, Mary Shelley has the resurrected body say it chooses not to eat the food of man (like lamb) but instead feeds on nuts and berries.

In the Robert De Niro version he eats root vegetables too. Pinches them from Tom Good! ;-)

As it the story is a work of fiction I was not sure if it could have been counted as a fact. What do you think? :-)
