Still feeling a little delicate

But on a brighter note i lost more weight much quicker than I normally do now almost a Kilo. woopee. Mind you I dont like feeling under the weather like that.
Im going to eat a couple of slices of chicken today with a small jacket spud. That will be light enough i think as Ive not eaten since thursday.
What would you eat after such an attack?

I hope that you are on the mend now! When I had just been diagnosed as coeliac and had a lot of tummy troubles, I found things like sweet potatoes, salmon, and fruit and nut bars easy to digest (I know that you don't like sweet potatoes though!). Unlike you, I couldn't afford to lose any more weight than I'd already lost so I prioritised higher calorie foods. Reply

I think you eat too much meat. maybe give your body a rest Rose I am not preaching but maybe that is what is making you ill. I suggest some fruit and a yoghurt preferably just natural yoghurt or greek . Reply
