Has I said before I'm trying to give up smoking it's only my second day but boy I'm hungry all the time, I need some advice to stop me eating to much and putting on weight, I have a few hobbies but when I'm not doing something I want food all the time,does this happen to people that tries to give up smoking.

Well done on stopping smoking, try having carrot sticks, celery etc all chopped up in the fridge when you want a snack or a glass of water with a dash of lemon juice, good luck. Reply
