Has I said before I'm trying to give up smoking it's only my second day but boy I'm hungry all the time, I need some advice to stop me eating to much and putting on weight, I have a few hobbies but when I'm not doing something I want food all the time,does this happen to people that tries to give up smoking.

Instead of having a snack try drinking a glass of water Jo, it has a double benefit. It will take off the hunger pangs and in running to to toilet more you'll be burning off the calories. :-) xx Reply
