Home made organic chinese chicken soup

It takes several hours to make the stock but its so tasty and worth every minute.
I made the soup today fresh ginger garlic hoy sin sause chines 5 spice chcken spring onions black pepper and a little sea salt its so yummy and good for you

We had a nice chilli. One thing I used fresh chillies, which were frighteningly hot raw, once cooked, we could barely taste them and we found it a bit bland. Will stick to dried and ground in the future. Reply
