Good morning all
What broadband provider do you all use? Are you happy with them?
Closed

We are with talk talk at the moment and not happy with them at all.
The price is great. Service not so and customer service absolutely sticks
We are now out of contract and looking for someone else to go with

I was told about Pop Telecom's prices when I left BT Sue . I checked the reviews , which ranged from superb to abysmal . I decided to try a one year bog standard broadband and landline deal - Unlimited downloads and domestic calls , for under £20 . Faults ? Every night around 22.00 , the internet goes off for a few minutes . Apart from that , I've no complaints ;)

EE - it’s fast and all over the house for fibre for under £30 a month plus get extra 10gb on the mobile phone and anti virus software , however no loyalty for remaining a customer and albeit UK call centre the service is hit or miss. I’d say they are best of the whole bad bunch.

We have Virgin media, great speed and service. My daughter recently had it upgraded to double the speed 200 instead of 100 and cheaper than the previous.

BT Sue and will never change as their broadband never faulters + if need to chat to them the customer service is brilliant to and they always get it sorted the problem :) ...offers can be got with bartering with them to if with them a while i got my price down a good bit recently
One if the most expensive for Fibre optic but!!!!
ah im happy to pay it as in near ten years with them i can't think of one fault on line !

I do not have broadband but if I was to sign up I would probably choose Virgin Media for the better download speeds.
Vodafone seem to be the cheapest at the moment but it looks like it is a time limited offer that will run out soon.

I am with kcom which touch wood has been brilliant.I pay€ 35 50p a month got a month free and no cornextsion charge happy days

I'm with EE because I have my phone with them. They work for me because they have a good international phone deal and I phone family in America a lot. I was with TalkTalk, they were rubbish. PlusNet was good, and have a deal going at the moment according to ads on telly, but they don't have the international plan I needed for my landline. Go onto one of the comparison sites, they do broadband checks.
