New Years resolutions

Do you make new years resolutions? I must admit I never do, as many years ago when I did, I never seemed to keep to them. What are your thoughts, and if you do make them, what are they?

I've never seen the point because what's the difference between now & tomorrow.
If you haven't done something this year why would next year be any different?
There's couple of things I will do next year that C19 stopped me doing this year but that is a fact not a wild promise.

I don't tend to make them either. January has rarely been the easiest of months to make changes for me.
It seems more sensible to make lifestyle changes when it is easier to accomplish them.
