Beware the survey regarding airlines and travel intentions.

Spent 15 to 20 mins completing a survey on perceptions on airlines and travel intentions.
On hitting the submit button I was taken back to the home page on Toluna and presented with the dreaded notice. "Your profile didn't match this survey".

Not Happy ! This is happening too regularly.

Why is it after completely finishing the survey my profile suddenly doesn't match.

Clearly unfair. I shall not be complaining as it is a waste of time.

I finished a survey on movies on another site yesterday for 20 min and at the end it said unfortunately I didn't qualify :( Reply

I’ve had well over 20000 points worth of surveys offered today. After failing to complete the first 5 surveys I didn’t try any more. Reply

I got screened out a lot earlier Alan, I am not sure why but from your post I am glad I did. Don't worry if you do complain it will be your PC and the lack of tidying files that will be the problem. I see we still have the routing problem after 27 days, not bad, I wonder if they do intend to fix that issue, or is it the new Toluna game spot the working survey ? Reply

In a way we might just be lucky here. My wife won't fly, so I don't either. Therefore I would not attempt ordinary airlines surveys. Reply

I wonder if Toluna will take any notice, finally, that their helpdesk is being avoided because it is unfit for purpose?
They give the impression that they monitor these chats, let’s wait-and-see.

Today's collection includes 200-point surveys that immediately redirect to a much longer one, the customary "You have accessed this page in error", and one that suggests that Toluna either have never heard of GDPR or think it doesn't apply to them, because it started by asking for my email address and full name, neither of which is required for answering a survey. Reply
