Has your mobile provider increased your allowances due to the pandemic ?

I have just been received a text to say may allowances have been increased for the next month. I now have unlimited minutes, and an extra 10Gig of data, from Virgin Mobile. This is the second time they have added to my plan, I never get close to using what i pay for but for some people this increase will be useful by removing the worry of exceeding their allowances.

Yes virgin has given me free unlimited calls and texts as well as large giga data which I haven’t used as In lockdown, but a lot has been free. They just emailed to tell me they are doing another generous round for June. Reply

I'm pay as you go, 02 are always offering me ''deals'' but I really only use my phone for WhatsApp messenger and as a camera, so every four or five months I have to make a call to keep my sim active lol. Reply

I have pay as you go with Tesco mobile. About 2 months ago they gave free calls for the evening (8pm to 6am) and all weekend until 1st June. Seemed generous and helpful to me. Reply
