Do you usually get enough sleep?

Sleep plays an important role in our health and in our daily life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right time can help protect our mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety.

Sleep helps our brain work properly. Sleep also helps us pay attention, make decisions, and be creative. Keeping our body healthy and fit is an important part of a good lifestyle.

Most adults need seven (7) to eight (8) hours of good quality sleep on a regular schedule each night. It’s also important to get good quality of sleep on a regular schedule so we feel rested when we wake up.

Last month, I experienced dizziness and easily get tired because of lack of sleep. I am an anemic person, I need to get enough hours of sleep. That's why when it's already nine o'clock in the evening, it is the time that I need to sleep.

Nowadays, I feel better when I wake up. I feel energized and can do all the activities I want within the day. They said that getting enough of sleep supports healthy growth and development.

yes, i can’t function fully without eight hours of sleep. i can’t stay asleep for a longer period either or i’ll get too lazy. Reply
