Behind the punchlines
Closed

Ade Edmondson, Susan Calman, Mark Watson, Deborah Francis-White, and Stephen K. Amos all contribute to this week's Essay series on R3!

All will tell a story relating to their comedy origins, and influences: in Adrian Edmondson's case, tomorrow, he'll tell of his attempts to create the kind of wild, desperate hilarity conjured by an act he saw at the Comedy Store in his earliest days as a wannabe comic... Pity he can't remember the act's name! :0

If yr not up to radio at 22:45pm they'll all be available on BBC Sounds after broadcast :)

I'm just thankful that this appears to be well hidden on R3 and I'll miss it.
