Just stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle with exercise,and eat 3 meals a day,i use a smaller plate to keep an eye on my portions plus im on a no carb diet at the moment x Reply

None. You'll lose weight, but yr metabolism will adjust accordingly. Better to eat a good variety of foods, with nothing banned, but all in moderation. I eat at least 5 diff colours of fruit/veg a day Reply
