Eating before 7 PM - what do you think of this?

A study says eating before 7 PM can change your health for the better.
For the longest time diet experts have been stressing on not just a light dinner but also an early one. But I have heard health experts also say that eating dinner past 8PM really isn't that bad?
What do you think?
Is eating late less of a concern than what and how much you're eating? Or
Is there such thing as a set time you should eat dinner?

I've always thought the English have it aright - main meal in the middle of the day (so there's time to digest it) and a light supper, similar to our lunch, at about 5pm. Reply

I don't usually eat after 6pm, that's a preference not a study Reply
