Rewards processing time

It's been 8 weeks since I redeemed for £20 Amazon voucher and it's still processing. Surely I can't be the only one who thinks the time it takes from redeeming to actually getting it is absolutely extortionate when other sites process it within 48 hours sometimes instantly. Their excuses are non excuses about it too 'running behind' why are you running behind in vouchers?

Sorry rant over.

IMPORTANT. I have been waiting for a £25 John Lewis voucher since 10 March and, like others, am beginning to think Toluna does not have the resources to meet their obligations. Shame, as I have enjoyed filling out the many surveys, but now believe they are approaching con status as they are failing to pay up. There are other sites that pay out very quickly and I would suggest using those rather than wasting more time here - unless Toluna can start to honour the very many rewards people are waiting on.

I feel like they hope that all the new people who come and go will earn just enough to redeem one voucher, but then get tired of waiting and eventually forget about it, then they have all their information for free.
