What is the difference between fundamentalism and extremism?
Closed

I feel that fundamentalism has more to do with the struggle to conect with the root of matters and that, in contrast, extremism is a reaction based on an established belief.

Fundamentalism is the thought process that leads to the reactionary extremism. People bombarded with a singular belief system are victims of fundamental extremism, that taking away the right to question and seek your own beliefs is a complete contradiction of basic human rights. No country or religion should have the right to keep its people scared and ignorant of the scientific facts of life on this planet. Regards, Max.
