Where is my e-voucher?

E-vouchers redemption can take up to 6 weeks to process; we already indicated this information in our FAQ page.

Once your e-vouchers redemption status is changed from 'processing' to 'processed', you can search for your e-voucher detail from your account directly.

Simply login to your Toluna account, go to ‘My rewards’ page, select the date range on or before your redemption date until present date and click 'Show’ button. Your e-voucher detail will be shown on the page and available to be used right away.
