I am thinking of making my own protein shakes. Does anyone have any recipes or tips to make a great tasting protein shake?

I was going to use a soya isolate as a base because I am lactose intolerant. But I don't know where to go from there.

A milkshake is something I really love. It is easy to prepare: milk, ice cream and any jam. This is yummy! Last year, I found something different. I was on my 7 days cabbage soup diet. In one of the days I could prepare an alcohol drink. I use 3 bananas and skim milk (it depend on you). It was really delicious and very healthy. Thank you my diet, it helps me a lot. I use it 3 times last year and 2 times this year. Every time I say, “Good bye to 3 – 4 kg.”

Try to put honung or banana with your soya and it is good drink!

I do not make shakes but would think adding favourite fruits would give them flavour

I wouldn't have a clue, maybe my son's would be able to help you out, they spend a fortune on protein drinks, and cost us a fortune in milk.
