Have you ever tried Miracle Noodles? If so, do you like them?
Closed

A friend bought some at a health food store for me to try. I tried them, but they are not like real noodles. I did not like the fish smell from the liquid they were packed in. I rinsed them first before cooking. They are actually tasteless, and the texture is different. I did not buy anymore of them. I prefer the regular noodles. Have you ever tried them?

I've never heard of them. In my opinion regular pasta is low enough in calories and if you check the ingredients you can find some that's not too processed

I have never even seen them in our stores. Thanks for the warning though. I prefer regular noodles anyway.

I have never heard nor tried these, but the fish smell turns my stomach-I love fish, but not in noodles...

I haven't heard of them to be honest but the fish smell does sound rather offputting as others have said. I've tried rice noodles and quite like those, and wonder if these related as they sound finer than egg noodles, which I've never been keen on. I guess if they're healthy and can be made tasty by mixing with other flavoured items then they're a good thing, but I'm unlikely to go out of my way to try and find them, as I'm pretty unadventurous in the kitchen at the best of times!

I am replying to my topic Miracle Noodles. They contain no calories, fat, sugar or starch, no gluten, and contain no carbohydrates, and are eaten by Japanese women to stay thin. They don't have a taste, and quickly absorb flavours when added to them. They must not have absorbed any spagetti sauce, as my Miralcle Noodles were flavorless. They are not that bad, you just have to get use to the texture and hopefully they have a taste of some sort, and remember no calories is a plus.
