MIne is flower-shaped, six rubies surrounding a diamond on yellow gold. The band is stippled (like my wedding ring used to be) with raised edges.
Strangely my mum gave me another ring with the same stones in the same setting but on a band with criss-cross lines on it.
I love mine but I seldom wear it , except when we are going out anywhere special.

Mine has a claw setting too, but the stone is a blue topaz surrounded by diamond chips. I love blue topaz and was amazed that my husband had remembered!

My engagement ring is is a gold crossover with two diamonds set in it. I love it and wear it all the time.

mine is a single diamond with a high claw setting, and diamond chips along part of the band. it is beautiful. only been engaged a few weeks too :o) so i cant stop looking at it still.
