I can play the Soprano Recorder, Recorder, Descant and Treble but I wish I had paid MUCH more attention at music lessons. I did start learning to play the Piano, Violin and Flute, but as I was more of a Dancer at heart, I used to give up after a few of weeks. Thankfully I stuck to my dance classes!
We all have stress to deal with but how do you stay happy? I tend to try and laugh as much as possible...luckyl i have good people at work who laugh 24/7..... :)
Lots of things. A nice meal. Meeting up with friends. Spending some quiet time with hubby. A sunny day. Getting a little or big amount of money I wasn't expecting. A day off work. Getting a letter or card in the mail instead of bills. Parcels arriving in the mail. Puppies. A compliment. Cartoons and funny programmes and books. People being silly. Finishing a difficult crossword. Arriving on time if I think I am running late. Meeting someone new who is like minded. Lots and lots of things make me happy.

It is expressed in terms of pitch (which includes melody and harmony), rhythm (which includes tempo and meter), and the quality of sound (which includes timbre, articulation, dynamics, and texture). ... A definition of music would seem to be necessary, but I will not attempt such a maneuver. However, it is enlightening to discuss problems one might encounter in constructing such a definition.
