HI there, what jobs out of housework do you detest most and why,this applies to men as well as i know they do housework. Mine is hoovering and ironing in case you want to know
I am with you bigmamma on the hoovering - boring and tiring too...and i would agree on the ironing but i have it down to a fine art now and actually get away with ironing very little - not poss i know if you have a houseful...i also hate washing up because it is so endless...does this happen to anyone else? you do all the washing up, even dry and put away, wipe all the surfaces down, kitchen looks spotless, you walk into the next room - and there is a mug and a plate !!Arggh!! or you just get the kitchen gleaming and crumb free and someone comes in whistling and strats preparing themselves a little snackerooney? lets face it, house work is a thankless and repetitive task!
a hard one but id say tv. music is so personal. its bought me u before when i felt down. you can express youself through music. i only watch tv if im bored!
We all have stress to deal with but how do you stay happy? I tend to try and laugh as much as possible...luckyl i have good people at work who laugh 24/7..... :)
Lots of things. A nice meal. Meeting up with friends. Spending some quiet time with hubby. A sunny day. Getting a little or big amount of money I wasn't expecting. A day off work. Getting a letter or card in the mail instead of bills. Parcels arriving in the mail. Puppies. A compliment. Cartoons and funny programmes and books. People being silly. Finishing a difficult crossword. Arriving on time if I think I am running late. Meeting someone new who is like minded. Lots and lots of things make me happy.
