I personally think that the man determines the sex of a baby & that we should get them on the NHS as when you work out the cost for an average woman over 30 years it cost over £3,000.
I think its ok for large business but for the general public it is hardly noticable and I'm sure in the long run we will end up being the ones who pay it back and more! I think they will just raise it to 18% after the year is over. In the end its the working class that will suffer as usual!!
