For the last 3 months my friend has not been her normal bubbly, happy self at all. She crys for hours and doesn't know why which just makes her confused and angry. The tiniest thing upsets her and she just doesn't enjoy things anymore. She has been prescribed anti-depressants but doesn't want to take them. Anyone got any suggestions on anything I can do to help or any other way besides medication? She also won't go and see a councillor.

In Holland it's not a very populair thing except Star Trek maybe. I've tried to watch it over and over again but I really don't like it; to me it's fake. I also tried watching Dr. Who but I find that even worse. What makes it interesting, I'm really serious, because two of my friends love it....Can you try and explain it to me ?
I think that there are too many people trying to bend over backwards to change rules and laws to make a few people happy, even at the cost of the majority. Now as I see it that still makes them a separate group. How can they be the same if they are treated differently? If we scrapped all the political correctness and spoke to each other properly we would get much further in understanding each other. Instead of not doing this or not doing that because someone might find it offensive why don’t we instead talk about it, if someone is offended, ask why it offended them and how we can meet in the middle or change it to make everyone happy. I just can’t see anything getting better and I only see people making it worse even with good intentions.
Rules banning hospital doctors and visitors from sitting on patients' beds are "dehumanising" care, according to London GP Dr Iona Heath. Many NHS hospitals and treatment centres have told doctors, friends and family not to sit on beds in a bid to stop the spread of infections such as MRSA. Dr Heath and Dr David Tomlinson, medical director for Care UK, debate the effects of the ban.
Now this legislation looks a little fishy. A bizarre Liverpudlian bye-law states that ladies must keep their lady lumps under wraps in public, unless they work in a tropical fish store where they are free to go topless at any time.
I'll go for Sean Connery as the best Bond, though I also liked Pierce Brosnan. My favourite Doctor Who has to be David Tennant, and my favourite Holmes is Jeremy Brett.
I can remember 'Watch with Mother'. There was Andy Pandy and Looby Loo a teddy bear and a rag doll, The Woodentops, a family of wooden puppets including Spot the 'biggest spotty dog you ever did see', The Flower Pot Men who were Bill and Ben and a plant called Weed. Also I remember Trumpton and Camberwick Green where one of the characters would appear out of a musical box and the story would be about them. I also loved Animal Magic, with Johnny Morris doing the voices of the animals!
