I like good old fashioned face to face communication. Instant messaging definitely has its place and for work I couldn't live without email, but having a proper conversation, in a meeting or just down at the pub, is still the best way to communicate.
I think weddings have been totally blown out of proportion. People are getting themselves in serious debt for what can only be described as an overrated party. I'd rather have a wedding that represented who I am and cost £100 rather than splashing out thousands to try and impress people who don't really matter.
