I'm with o2 and i think if they could improving on their customer service staff it would make the company a much better one to have to deal with. half of them dont have a clue and the other half dont want to give you the time of day to resolve your problem. its really annoying considering how much profit they make anually.
It's messy, time consuming and often no cheaper - but I love baking my own Christmas cake and puddings. Each year, though, it gets a little bit harder to ignore the fact it's a lot easier to buy them in than go for homemade - it's my kids who get me t make the effort. I draw the line at biscuits, though. What do others like to do?
