I think the Government should do more to encourage peolpe to take to two wheels. I see so many MPVs on the road with one person in. If bikes were offered lower Tax and Insurance with more dedicated and secure parking our roads would be clearer. They burn less fuel and are more economical. (With the exception of 2 strokes)
The French have nuclear power, big time... And it supplies cheap cheap power. On the argument of nuclear leaks and acccidents it has to be born in mind that the french are a mere hop accross the Channel from us, so if they get a problem so do we. But that said, in all the years the french have used nuclear energy has there been an accident? No. Further nuclear energy is far cleaner than fossil fuel power stations. My view is that electricity bills should be halved permanently.
