Could'nt believe it only forgot a bonus card for my shopping and the shop assistant was horrible I then forgot that my husband is out tomorrow and asked for the wrong delivery time I tried explaining I had to pick up my three year old from preschool tomorrow but she wasn't in the mood for listening.
I put in a complaint about the rudist woman I have ever been served by a few months ago.
It was in the Sidcup Post Office, she was an older woman and she actually made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world.
When I walked up to her she sighed, she didn't talk to me at all through the transaction, when I asked her a question she gave me a look that was nasty then answered it with attitude, snatched the money out of my hand when I paid and then started talking to another customer and stopped serving me and made me wait for her personal discussion to end before giving me my change and then yelled next while I was still standing in front of her.
The post office was quite good and responded to my email complaint saying they would look into it and thankfully she hasn't been back that there that I have seen since. She was nasty and if she really didn't want to be there shouldn't have been.
Takes a lot of make me complain as I know that everyone can have a bad day but there is no excuse for taking it out on the customer.
1."Just five more minutes", thought Josh as he lay in his cosy warm bed dreading the ineviatble throbbing in his head that he would feel when he finally did get out of bed and try to stand up. Thirty minutes later all thoughts of this had left him as he shot up out of bed with the full knowledge that he would be 'late again' and that if it wasn't for the fact that he was the boss...... you can guess the rest. He was used to this by now, but only a fool fires their best member of staff just because they have the annoying habit of both telling the truth and being right at the same time.
3. The sound of his phone ringing brought Josh from his reverie. I pressed the side of his earpiece and stifled a yawn before speaking. "What do you want this time?" he asked the caller. He just managed to complete his question before a Porsche Cayenne swerved in front of his Mitsubishi to insert itself into the barely wide enough gap between him and the Honda in front. Josh slammed his foot on the brakes to stop himself careering into the back of it and could hear the Ford behind him do the same. "Watch what you are doing you a-hole" he yelled out of the window while shaking his fist angrily. There was a silence on the end of the phone line as the caller suddenly wished he was not the one to be delivering the news.
