I do not believe the death penalty needs to be reintroduced. From looking at America, we can see that it isn't particularly effective. They still have more crime per capita than we do. There is of course the issue of the suspect being wrongly convicted. You can release someone from prison, but there's not much you can do if they're dead. There are obviously advantages, such as the obvious tax savings - prisoners live off our tax money, the death penalty would 'reduce the numbers'; so to speak.
No I don't believe in the death penalty. We don't have the right to take a life. And to take a life to punish someone for taking a life? Doesn't that make us as bad as them? Would anyone really want the job of executor anyway in this day and age? I think a life sentence that IS a life sentence is the correct punishment for murderers.
I think these kids are good kids under neath peer pressure but giving them asbos is not the answer maybe send them to train to fight for their country and they wont want to destroy things all the time but give them a sense of the world around them
how many soldiers do you want in afganistan ??? what we need rid of are the goody goodies who dont want you to control your children with a clip now and again
