HI Is anybody going to watch Indiana. It sounds like it is going to be great.Perhaps you can remember when the first one came out.My children were not even born then but they love them.In MGM studios florida they have the scenes from the first film acted out .It still looks good.Harrison Ford as grown old with them but its great considering he didn't want to make any more.I wonder if they will have his dad in it too.
I do not really have a single favourite film, but if I was forced to choose one at gunpoint I would say “Aliens”, it is a perfect mix of action, horror and sci-fi, my three favourite film categories. I love the entire Alien franchise, but Aliens sticks out as the best one in the series. My least favourite? Well, there are many many terrible films that I have seen in my life, but the most recent would be Lost Boys 2: The Tribe, an abysmal sequel that is 20 years too late and basically just a poor remake.
I remember going to the cinema to see this and though the impact is a lot less when watching the DVD unless of course you have a 50 inch plasma with surround sound is a good movie. Seeing the various dinasaurs done by the special effects department is a lot more convincing than the claymation ones in film such as The Land That Time Forgot. Though there are fans of te old stle who complained that the way they like it added a personal touch to each individual dinasaur they weren't that scary. Had a good story and good cast and I still enjoy watching it from time to time. It did for a short while make people interested in dinasaurs once again. 7.5 out of 10.
In my opinion one of best films ever made. It is set on the Amity Island, whose main business is the tourist trade. The shark first attacks a young woman swimming out one night. Parts of her body are found washed up the next morning. The cornoner certifies the death as shark attack so the sherriff played by Roy Schneider, wants to close the beach. The locals are not happy about this and complain to the local mayor who agrees that the main business are the tourists who come to stay every year. Obviously when the next attack occurs the family of the victim are not happy because the first atack was covered up. Subsequently a local man, the sherriff and a member of the oceanangriphic institution, played by Richard Dreyfuss, goes out the hunt the shark. When the local man played by Robert Shaw gets attacked it is one of the best exits from any film.
