Most days we eat something garlicky. I have both smoked and unsmoked fresh garlic in my kitchen at the moment, and in the fridge as a reserve I also have a jar of Fox's pureed garlic. It's so good for you, and absolutely delicious. Some of the dishes I make are very heavy with garlic, others you'd barely know it's there, but it just enhances the flavour a little. This is probably THE essential ingredient I couldn't be without. How about you?

For the last couple of years I can count on one hand the amount of times I have cooked a sunday roast,as much as I love roast beef and pork I cant be bothered with all the vegetable preperation and the time it takes to cook one.
