If you were hosting a dinner party who would be you dream guests? You can choose anyone living or dead. Mine would be: Charlotte Bronte, Heath Ledger, Kate Winslet, Dame Judy Dench, Emma Thompson, Brandon Flowers (The Killers), Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Gary Oldman. (I think poor old Ms Bronte would be slightly terrified! LOL)
Shakespeare wrote the "seven ages of man", meaning that each person goes through different stages, first the infant, mewling and puking in his nurse's arms, and finally, as an old man, sans teeth, sans sense, sans everything. However I think this could also apply to the human race in general. I think the race is currently at the stage of stroppy teenager - tech savvy, but little to do with good attitudes etc. (Not aimed at all teenagers, I know there are some exceptions). Its going to be quite a while before the human race is grown up to really understand and practice to what JFK said (paraphrasing with license here) "Think not what your world (country) can do for you, but what you can do for your world (country)."
