personally i think the entire social services team in haringey needs to be restructured and those involved should be dismissed and charged if the evidence is there. something like that should never be allowed to happen let alone if there is social services involvement already. the doctor who failed to spot a infant with a broken spine is not a doctor in my eyes and should not be allowed to practise as one.
