I guess with identity frauds + buying more on the net now that we all have some virus sw installed on our PC/Laptops. What programmes do you have installed? I am a bit of a computer geek so my very kind cousin fixes any probs. I have AVG + Spybot which I run every week + a firewall on so hope I'm all sorted!

BT should apologise for its covert trials and abuse of customer's trust.

BT should be prosecuted for these allegedly illegal acts, and, if found guilty, those responsible shouldspend time in jail.
