Cuando se habla de violencia de género, generalmente en las noticias, tanto hablada como escrita, se suele decir, violencia machista. Mal dicho, porque existen casos (raros) de hombres maltratados por sus parejas. Pero, ¿por qué un hombre maltratado no denuncia a su pareja?

pues si que tambien hay violencia feminista o como queramos - pues si que tambien hay violencia feminista o como queramos llamarla, pero imagino que los hombres tiene reparos a denunciar y he conocido un caso que al hombre le daba cada paliza que lo dejeba valdado. y hasta dormia en el portal castigado.

I'm like you, I don't read a newspaper - I'm like you, I don't read a newspaper. I use the BBC News website, and watch national or local news on BBC, ITV or Channel 4. I will happen across a newspaper from time to time at work, so will read it if I have a spare moment or two. One publication I do like though is the Economist. Not a traditional newspaper, but a weekly issue, I find this much more informative and unbiased than any other press publication. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is just interested in news, not celebrities.

Mi opinión personal es que la gran mayoría de los periódicos diarios de caracter gratuito, tales como 20 minutos, ADN, metro, etc... no tienen una altos estanadraes de objetividad en lo que se refiere al tratamiento de la información que publican, así como de las cartas que incluyen en sus secciones de cartas de los lectores. La mayor parte de estas cartas y opniones van dirigidas a un sector de la población y se deja muy poco margen para aquellos sectores de población mas conservadores y no partidarios de un estado proteccionista. Creo que, al menos en la seccion de cartas, debería haber cabida para todas las opiniones

personellement, je trouve que les informations données dans les journaux télévisés nuisent terriblement au moral des gens et qu'ils sont meme responsables en partie de la baisse de la consommation, tant leur contenu est pessimiste!

Yo suelo leer Público, me parece bastante innovador. Además me resulta fácil de leer por la extensión de sus noticias. Creo que tiene secciones muy bien logradas y que otros periódicos no ofrecen. También creo que está empezando y tiene fallos, pero que con el tiempo se mejorará. Igual que la cobertura local, que de momento no es muy extensa.

por mi trabajo leo varios - por mi trabajo leo varios. el pais, el mundo, el abc, la vanguardia, el expansion y el cinco dias. al menos me entero de todo lo que pasa!

I think you are very clever to do this as public speaking on a - I think you are very clever to do this as public speaking on a subject is so difficult,I think it is really bad that there are so many violent games around on these games consoles and make it fun to see someone shot the trouble is in real life it could kill or hurt someone badly and in the game they get up and walk away.I think it must effect the person playing the game although i have no figures to support that, I am not used to violence and will never get immune to it,but I am from the generation who used to sit and watch cowboy films on the tv as a child but in those people did die and we were brough up the reality of it, and realised how bad it was to hurt someone and realised you did not get up from a gun shot or an arrow in your heart,good luck with this .x

.. - ... le Racisme est présent PARTOUT car c'est la Peur inconsciente de l'Autre qui fait faire, fait croire et fait dire des conneries à n’importe qui ( par exemple : REGARDEZ CE QUI S EST PASSE AU RWANDA C EST INADMISSIBLE CE GENOCIDE ) !!! je suis CONTRE le principe de discrimination positive à l'américaine car elle est extremement dangereuse, elle risque de créer des clans, d’isoler encore plus les différentes communautés, donc de remettre en cause l'intégration surtout des jeunes ( qui sont en plus trop influençables ) et aussi de renforcer meme le Racisme !!! je privilégie par contre pour TOUS la réussite sociale par le seul biais du travail et des études universitaires !!!! je comprends votre sujet sur le fond mais pas sur la forme car c'est trop délicat comme sujet trop TABOU aussi la seule chose à faire c'est de faire bouger les mentalités mais d’une manière RAISONNEE !!!! :-)

Personnellement je pense qu'il faut une bonne préparation physique et mentale pour réussir. Si c'est pour être ridicule et être éliminé dans les premiers cela ne vaut pas le cout. Mais me préparer pendant un an pour être candidat cela ne me tente pas non plus. Alors je me contenter de regarder car le principe de souffrir dans un lieu idyllique est assez sympa avec les intrigues pour corcer le tout c'est plutot amusant. Alors s'il n'en reste qu'un ce ne sera pas moi.

La presse est trop concentrée en Fance pour être libre. Seuls quelques titres résistent encore. Quant aux média, ils sont détenus par des personnes qui ont des intérêts autres, trop souvent économiques.

I was reading the story about a baby boy who was let down by social services and the hospital , he died with massive amount of injuries , The hospital failed tp notice he had a broken back and ribs , I was nearly in tears hearing the story especially as he was on the child protection register . Social services have let another child die and what next . This is sickening and makes me feel extremely sad . What do you think ?

They can only spend so much time with each one, and their powers are somewhat limited. Also, they are in many cases between a rock and a hard place. If they take kids into care, they are accused of overstepping the mark; if they don't that's wrong. As a foster carer, I work with many of these people. They range from the caring efficient and helpful to the chocolate teapot. But, they have to deal with some of the dregs of the 21st century. They get little or no help from the people around these children. Where are the caring members of the families of the victims, or concerned neighbours? No one wants to get involved. It's difficult to lay blame, the newspapers blow everything up to sell papers, relatives need someone to blame. In this case, it seems to me that blame can be spread across several areas.
