  • Me gustaria saber que es lo que soleis preparar para cenar. Yo soy un poco mala en la cocina... y siempre hago algo facil... como una tapas sencillitas de picoteo... intento inventar alguna nueva... pero ya he visto que mas vale que haga las que se, porque me quedaron fatal. jeje ¿me podeis dar ideas para hacer?

  • Ich habe kein Lieblingsrezept, da ich nicht selbst backe - Ich habe kein Lieblingsrezept, da ich nicht selbst backe. Am liebsten esse ich gekauft Gewürzspekulatius. Hmm... sonst bin ich eigentlich gar kein Keks-Fan. Das erklärt vielleicht, warum ich nicht selbst backe ;) Meine Frau möchte aber dieses Jahr mit mir Kekse backen. Ich bin davon zwar nicht so angetan, aber mal sehen...

  • Mamas Nussschnitten Zutaten für ca. 50 Stück: 250 g Staubzucker250 g Walnüsse1 Ei1 Msp. NelkenpulverBelag:2 Eiklar200 g Staubzucker Zubereitungszeit: 20 Minuten Kühlzeit: Backzeit: 15-20 minuten Trockene Zutaten vermischen. Ei und Gewürz dazugeben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten. Für den Belag Eiklar mit Staubzucker schaumig schlagen. Den Teig 3 mm dick ausrollen, mit Belag bestreichen, in Schnitten schneiden und bei 150-160° backen.

  • Ja, das ist eine Zwickmühle - Ja, das ist eine Zwickmühle. Ich bin auch sehr tierlieb, aber Fleisch schmeckt einfach zu gut. Bei mir ist es sogar noch extremer: Vögel sind mein Lieblingstiere, aber fleischmäßig esse ich am liebsten Geflügel...

  • I always go to subway for my breakfast becase its cheap and I know - I always go to subway for my breakfast becase its cheap and I know they dont fry there food and its fresh. I use to work in a cafe though and the reason I loved the food from there so much because it tasted exact the same a sif you were to do it at home. I just the smell and everything i love. My perfect breakfast would be bacon and beans on a cob with the bacon a bit crispy. In a few months time Ill probably change ma mind though cse I love those linday macartney vegetarian sausages as well with beans on a cob. I dotn mind subway and the breakfasts are lovely I always have sausage and egg with fresh tomatoes, chesse and mayonaze. I've just gone off them a bit now though. I love little chefs breakfasts too though but they are soo expensive and I no they use the same products as cafes do its just got nicer seating thats all.

  • The best breakfast I could ask for would be crisp bacon atop a multi-grain bagel with sloppy scrambled egg and lashings of black pepper. Can anyone suggest a more perfect combination?

  • Si quereis mejorar vuestra bechamel, calentar primero cebolla muy picadita en 4 cucharadas de aceite, luego añadir 2 cucharas de harina y remover. Cuando la pasta se separa de la sartén, ir añadiendo despacio leche hasta que se haga homogénea, poner sal y.... este es el truqui, 3 lonchas de queso (tipo tranchette) os quedará buenísima!!! luego ya la añadis a lo que querais.

  • Estoy sin trabajo, buscando algo nuevo y no tengo nada que hacer ademas de ir a clase, claro, asi que me he propuesto innovar con el horno, alguien sabe como hacer galletas caseras a lo oreo, las pastas clasicas ya las cogi el punto la vez anterior pero despues de aprender a hacer hambuerguesas me habia propuesto que esta vez seria mejor un desafio. Alguien tiene una receta buena, buena para hacer galletas oreo en casa version casera?
