For example, buying low fat cheese instead of normal cheese. What do you use sugar for? I know alot of sugar is bad for you but i always like to have some at home. I sometimes put some on my cereal..which defeats the healthy eating part of it. I sometimes sprinkle some on fruit mainly melon, pancakes, hot chocolate etc. I also of course use caster sugar if i am baking any cakes. They were her favourite. Now they have an added ingredient, Cheese. My daughter is so disappointed as she does not tolerate dairy products to well, and they were the onlly pasty she would eat. Have you tried these? If so what do you think of them? Do you know any bakers that just do a sausage and bean one, or am I going tohave to start baking them and freezing a supply for her?
