I am single and hacve been for a couple of years now. I had a few bad relashionships and thought it was time for a break. How about you?

I am married with loads of kids, happier this time (second time) - I am married with loads of kids, happier this time (second time) around and as settled as is reasonably possible to be. Without doubt though lots of people jump from one bad situation to another and end up unhappy after escaping being unhappy. It is important to look at why they were bad relationships and try to identify the sort of set ups which are bad for you. On Coronation Street poor old Gail always attracts useless and unpleasant blokes. In one simple cliche this is known as "If you always do what you have always done you will also get what you always had". Easy to write, maybe harder to read, but if you can get your head around it then you are one step towards a better outlook.

My hubby is dieting yet again and yes he does usualy lose the weight but is very crabit and ends up putting the weight back on I keep telling him it is better to eat healthy and it will stay off what do you think ?

I am losing weight at the moment - the best thing to do is not to - I am losing weight at the moment - the best thing to do is not to see it as a diet, but see it as just changing what you eat, to healthier options! For example, buying low fat cheese instead of normal cheese. This makes losing weight easier, and keeps the weight off long term, instead of putting it all back on again!

Hi all i have been offerd 2 jobs,the first is forklift truck driver with DHL at the nissan plant here in sunderland,start date is 18th april but could be sooner.the next one is a care worker,working for home care services in the local area,this one would be in a few weeks just waiting for my CRB to be done,i really dont know which one to take,the nissan job is for 6 months and the care worker is a 6 month trail which is normal,well go on persuade me!!!,which one shopuld i go for???,but at least i have something in a few weeks ha ha regards dicka42

I would go for the care worker job because although it is a trial - I would go for the care worker job because although it is a trial period and I'm sure you will be good at it there is a possibility that it could be made permanent. I think you would get more out of it than the other job But in the end it is your decision. They will always need care workers will they always need forklift drivers. And another thing is what about the pay. Does one pay more than the other.Anyway very pleased for you that you have the offer of a job. Well done.

Over the last few years we seem to have a different postie every few weeks. I find that a bit off a loss because the postie became a familiar face that you often saw a few times a week. What do you think?

hi - hi. I found that being off sick for 14 months I got to know the post man very well and it isa a bit of a shock whenthey change their walks and you get a new one. We have been lucky in that all of the post men, and ladies, have been very nice. Regards, Paul

Hi there I currently have a gas oven, and love cooking on it, as it is instant heat. Its much better than the electric oven I used to have. What are your views?

I use gel when I am in a rush, but I also use straightening spray for straightening my hair, when I use the straighteners, and I use curling balm for when I want my hair curly. How about you?

I don't know why i thought of this question but will ask it anyway lol! What do you use sugar for? I know alot of sugar is bad for you but i always like to have some at home. I sometimes put some on my cereal..which defeats the healthy eating part of it. I sometimes sprinkle some on fruit mainly melon, pancakes, hot chocolate etc. I also of course use caster sugar if i am baking any cakes. So what do you use sugar for? x

sugar is really bad for us, and god its so bad for me, as i already - sugar is really bad for us, and god its so bad for me, as i already have bad teeth and sugar keeps making it worse, so what i have done is gone onto sweetner instead, yes it might be a little more expensive, however it is better for you, it is much sweeter than sugar anyways. and i put it on pancakes, tea, cereal, cakes. not hot choclate tho, i dont do that. sugar is lovely tho on most things. i also use it for if a am baking but my favourite thing to use with sugar is pancakes. it tastes lovely.

Some say the secret to a long and happy marriage could be having separate beds, not only will a couple escape arguments over duvet-hogging and fidgeting, but they will have a proper night's rest.

I like to cuddle up with my partner, but he gets up 1 hour before i - I like to cuddle up with my partner, but he gets up 1 hour before i do to go to work. and i have to say thats prob the best hour of my day! theres nothing better then being able to stay in bed for a little longer in the morning and when ur all sleepy and can just spread urself out and rap the whole duvet around you!
