No, i do not think they are really taking it as a serious task because knife crime are increasing and you hear or see, in very day news of a stabbing.The home office should invest more money in educating the young people on the danger involve in joining a gang, wanting to get popular by stabbing or even carry a knife because something ,they may not have the intention of using it but because they have it with them they are tempt to use it.
