The BBC used to make some really great programmes, now and again they give us some good ones - Survivors and Five Days, they have some good wildlife ones also.but to me it seems that they just seem to be paying to much to presenters and top management.

I recently complained to Sky, and as an apology they offered to reduce my bill. I asked to take the Supertelly package they're advertising as it would not cost me, and have now had more trouble trying to get it installed than it's worth! Sky customer service used to be second to none, what's happened? Is it just me, or is anyone else out there becoming disillusioned with paying upto £48.50 a month to a company that couldn't care less as long as they're getting paid? Or is it only me being treated like this?

I got BT Vision installed just after Christmas and I must admit I am pretty impressed with it. I got the box for a one-off payment of £15 and only pay £5 a month for picturebox (28 movies - not the most recent granted but does me). In addition to this I get to record 2 shows at once - I can even record a whole series at the touch of a button; watch last weeks tv if I wanted to; pause and rewind live tv; rent films etc. One excellent deal they are doing this now is get ESPN for a one off payment of £9.99. Considering this is a monthly fee with the likes of Sky I think this is pretty good. Does anyone have any views on BT Vision, good or bad? I'd love to hear them.
